Amy Brigham Boulris
 
 
Christopher Boyett, Esq.
·      Chris is a partner in the Miami office of Holland & Knight, and chairperson of the firm’s Private Services Group in South Florida. He advises wealthy families throughout Florida on sophisticated estate planning strategies and options, and counsels family businesses on succession planning and tax planning.
·      He also advises both institutional and individual clients on estate and trust administration issues.
·      Chris was named a Florida Super Lawyer in 2007, and was among the “Florida Legal Elite” named by Florida Trend Magazine.
·      Chris is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami, the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.
·      The author of an article entitled “Advising Clients Who Move To Florida”, he was also a featured speaker on a CNN broadcast focused on estate planning issues.
·      Chris, who earned Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law, Graduate Program in Taxation.
 
 
Luis Chiappy
·      Luis is Executive Vice President of the Southern Division of AXA Advisors and Senior Manager of AXA Advisors' South Florida Branch, one of the largest of its kind in the state of Florida, and comprised of approximately 250 financial professionals
·      Luis earned the following professional designations:
CFP® professional (from the College of Financial Planning), Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant (CLU and ChFC respectively, both from the American College) and LUTCF (from the Life Underwriter Training Council)
·      In 1998, Luis was inducted into the company ’s Prestigious Hall of Fame. In October 2003, Luis was elected President of AXA Advisors Old Guard, which represents the entire AXA Advisors sales force
·      Luis is a member of the Miami Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (MAIFA),the American Association of Life Underwriters (AAALU), the General Agency Managers' Association (GGAMA), the Society of Financial Professionals, Miami Chapter and the United Way of Dade County
·      Luis is a member of the board of governors of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and past Chairman of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce
·      Luis was born in Cuba and came to the United States at the age of six. Luis grew up in Miami and now resides in Coral Gables with his wife, Cary, and their two children.
 
 
 
Bill Hansen
·      Bill’s company, Bill Hansen Catering, has been in the South Florida food scene since 1980, and today generates nearly $2 million in annual sales .The firm is located at an original Millionaire’s Row home, nestled in the Silver Bluff area of Miami, a Mediterranean Spanish style mansion that is one of many spectacular venues available to Hansen’s clients.
·      Bill has 40 years of experience in catering, and is a Certified Catering Executive, as designated by the National Association of Catering Executives
·      Bill’s book, Off-Premise Catering Management, is widely considered to be the definitive text for catering, and is used as a reference for certification by NACE
·      Since 1998, Bill has written bimonthly columns for “Catering Magazine ,” and every month for the past two years he has shared the art and science of catering with the readers of “Chef Magazine
·      Bill is a member of numerous professional organizations including the International Caterers Association, and Meeting Professionals International
 
Michael Marquez
·      Michael is a Vice President and Senior Client Advisor at JPMorgan Private Bank in Miami. With client assets of over $300 billion, JPMorgan Private Bank is the nation’s largest private bank and the third largest globally, and the business advises more than 40% of the individuals listed on the Forbes 400 Richest Americans List.
·      Michael joined JPMorgan in 2000 in the New York based Latin America Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team where he executed numerous US/Latin America, Europe/Latin America and pan-regional cross-border M&A transactions amounting to over $9 billion
·      Prior to joining JPMorgan, Michael spent four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he served as a Manager in the New York-based Global Capital Markets Group, advising Latin American and European foreign private issuers on U.S. GAAP and SEC regulatory matters
·      Michael leads JPMorgan Private Bank's philanthropic efforts with various charitable organizations, and serves as a member of the board of directors of Amigos for Kids, the Miami City Ballet, and Alfalit International
·      Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School
·      Michael is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
·      Michael and his wife, Vanessa, reside in Coral Gables with their two year old daughter, Isabella
 
Al Merritt
·      Al grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati
·      After working in the US and Latin America for Welch Allyn, a medical device manufacturer, Al founded MD International, supplier or medical equipment to doctor’s offices and hospitals in Latin America and the Caribbean, with distribution companies throughout the region
·      Al also owns a real estate development company with his partner, Ed Horgan, which is headquartered in Cincinnati, and is very active in the development of residential and commercial real estate in Cincinnati
·      Al supports several non-profit organizations in the United States and South America, including: The Big City Mountaineers, UNICEF, the Pan American Health Organization, The Steve Nash Foundation, YMCA, Camp Ernst Summer Camp Program, The Tribal Outreach Medical Association (TOMA) Foundation, The Boy Scouts of America and Port Antonio Project in Jamaica, a project he and his wife established to support Methodist Church outreach in that community
·      He is a very active member of the Kendall United Methodist Church in Pinecrest, Florida
·      Al is a member of the Young Presidents Organization Florida Chapter
·      Al and his wife, Patsy, have three young children
 
Charles O. Morgan, Jr.
·      Charles is an attorney in private practice, and a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Tax Section of the Florida Bar
·      Charles is a member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association
·      Charles is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Chatlos Foundation, Executive Director and Trustee of the Don Shula Foundation, member of the board of directors of Worldwide Publications, member of the Orange Bowl Committee, and member of the board of directors for Project R.A.R.E. (Save the Reefs), among other community service
·      Charles received the Simon Daro Daxidowicz Humanitarian and Arts Award in 1991
·      Charles was co-host of “Money Sense,” a weekly talk show radio program on WMCU/89.7 FM, for seven years
·      Charles earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois; a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law; and a LL.M. in Taxation from New York University Graduate School of Law
·      Charles and his wife, Marabel, have two children, Laura Horton and Michelle Knott
 
W. Allen Morris
·      Allen is Chairman and C.E.O. of The Allen Morris Company, one of the largest developers and managers of office buildings in the State of Florida. The company’s latest project, a Mediterranean-Revival style office building in the center of Downtown Coral Gables called Alhambra Towers, has won eight awards including "The Best of South Florida -Platinum Award's", “NAIOP 2003 Project of the Year - all categories" and the “2006 Community Advancement Award for Commercial Project of the Year” in Florida from the Developers & Builders Alliance. 
·      In addition to being an Officer and Director of more than thirty-five different real estate-related companies and President of three charitable Foundations, Allen is also Past-Chairman and current Advisory Board member of Wachovia Bank of Miami
·      Allen is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was presented the American Management Association Award for Excellence as the top student in Marketing and Management studies
·      Allen is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker, and holds the professional designations of CPM (Certified Property Manager of the Institute of Real Estate Management), SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors)
·      Allen is past President of the Florida CCIM Chapter (Certified Commercial Investment Member of the Realtors National Marketing Institute)
·      Allen holds the prestigious CRE designation (Counselor of Real Estate) of the American Society of Real Estate Counselors and FRICS, as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
·      Allen is a Rotarian, the former Chairman of the Florida Chapter Young Presidents' Organization, a member of Chief Executives Organization and WPO World Presidents' Organization, and a lifetime senior member of the Orange Bowl Committee
·      Allen has served on the National Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, as well as the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Realtors, The Miami Board of Realtors, and many other local philanthropic boards
·      Allen and his wife, Diane, have four children and live in Coral Gables
 
 
 
Peter Raffalski
·      Peter is Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer at Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust. With ten years of experience in credit and lending, Peter strengthened the young financial institution’s credit policies while ensuring that the loan portfolio reflected these stringent requirements and was fully compliant with regulatory agencies.
·      Prior to joining Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust, Peter formed part of Southeast Bank’s financial team as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer and Senior Credit Underwriter
·      Peter has been an active Board Member of Communities in Schools of Miami, a non-profit organization which provides academic support to under-privileged youth in Miami-Dade County. He currently serves as a member of the Long Range Planning Committee of University Baptist Church, as well as a number of other community outreach programs in the Coral Gables area
·      A native New Yorker, he relocated to South Florida in 1980. Peter graduated from American Heritage School in Plantation, and earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University
 
Darryl T. Robinson
·      Darryl specializes in providing corporations, developers and property owners with a complete spectrum of real estate services ranging from consulting, leasing, marketing, development, investment sales, tenant representation, facilities management and corporate advisory services
·      Darryl previously served as Director of Commercial Brokerage for Cushman & Wakefield where he represented a diverse range of high-profile companies, including Rockefeller Group International; D.R. Horton, Thomson Companies, Millennium Partners, Reilly Development, Marsh & McLennan, Delta Airlines, West Law, Lucent Technologies and Falcon Real Estate
·      Along with various equity partners, Darryl is involved in the development of office condo and residential conversions, in addition to land development projects. He currently supervises in-house and third party leasing, property management, architectural design, construction management and end sales as a general partner.
·      In 2004, Darryl was awarded Cushman & Wakefield’s “Top 100 Producer Nationally”, South Florida’s “Office Deal of The Year award”, and was named NAIOP’s Broker of the Year
·      Darryl earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama, where he specialized in Real Estate Finance
·      Daryl holds a State of Florida Contractor license
·      Darryl is actively in the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and is a member of the board of directors of Saint Thomas Episcopal Parish School
